Man slits ex-lover’s throat, tries to kill self

A 22-year-old man, Kunal Bavdane, slit the throat of his former girlfriend before trying to end his own life in an auto outside Sanjay Gandhi National Park in Borivli on Wednesday. The two have been admitted to Babasaheb Ambedkar Hospital in Borivli and are under observation.
