Cat & mouse game for cops at 1L-strong slum pocket

Assistant inspector Mansingh Patil (40) was at the police beat chowky in Borivli's Ganpat Patil Nagar slum when a resident came running to summon him. A crowd had gathered around homes of five men who had left jobs overseas and returned to the slum amid the Covid-19 scare.
