Mum: 'Locusts' buzz via swarms of fake messages

Locusts "entered" the city through "fake" videos and photos showing them perched on window panes and balconies of highrises, creating a scare. Public agencies including the Locust Warning Organisation under Union agriculture ministry then clarified that Mumbai was not in the path of the insects. BMC warned citizens not to forward such "fake" news.
