35% of Mumbai beds vacant, but only 10% in ICUs

Despite the 2,000-odd cases being diagnosed in the city every day, 35% of the beds reserved for Covid-19 patients remain vacant. Yet, if one were to look for ICU beds, only about 10% were available.
