Hearing actor Kangana Ranaut’s petition against “the illegal demolition” at her Bandra bungalow on September 9 by the Shiv Sena-led BMC, Justice S J Kathawalla asked: “Are you saying that he [Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut] has not referred to her when he said that ‘ladki’?”.
