Red alert in Thane, orange alert in Mum for tomo

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert for Palghar, Raigad and Thane warning of extremely heavy rains in isolated places being very likely for September 28. An orange alert for Mumbai for the same date (September 28) has been issued by the department, warning of heavy to very heavy rain in isolated places.
