Mum: World Cup betting den busted, 2 bookies held

Two bookies from Gujarat have been arrested from a hotel in Juhu for allegedly accepting bets on the ongoing cricket World Cup match. The accused, Dharamraj Wala (42) and Amarish Brahmabhat (43), who are from Ahmedabad and Mehsana were caught red-handed while accepting bets on an online app, the police said. When a police team swooped down on their hotel room 430 on Thursday, the bookies were accepting bets for the India versus West Indies match.
