Mumbai City FC now part of Man City empire

In a landmark deal for Indian football, City Football Group (CFG) which owns Premier League champions Manchester City, have announced that they have acquired a majority 65% stake in Indian Super League side Mumbai City FC. Existing shareholders, actor Ranbir Kapoor and Bimal Parekh, will keep the remaining 35 per cent.
