40k cops to ensure safe NY's eve in Mumbai

More than 40,000 police personnel will be on roads to ensure that New Year’s Eve celebrations are peaceful across the city. There will also be ‘zero tolerance’ for drunk driving, speeding and rash driving as 2,500 traffic cops will be on the lookout for offenders.
