Mumbai breaks into top 10 in Swachh League

After a disappointing 49th rank in the 2018-19 nationwide Swachh Surveksha, civic authorities are hopeful of a top 10 finish for Mumbai this year, with the metropolis emerging eighth in the second quarter (July-September) SS League 2020 results declared on Tuesday.
