Covid cases, deaths: Mumbai logs dip

A day after the state reported lowest Covid cases and deaths in over 100 days, Maharashtra once again saw a marginal increase on Tuesday. The state reported 5,363 new infection cases and 115 deaths on Tuesday, taking the total caseload to 16,54,028 and fatalities to 43,463. Maharashtra had reported 3,645 cases and 84 deaths on Monday, its lowest in 124 days and 146 days, respectively.
