Maha pvt hosp rates may be capped till Nov-end

The state is likely to extend the capping on hospital charges and rates for Covid and non-Covid treatment in private hospitals for another three months. The scheme that allowed local authorities to take control of 80%beds in private hospitals and regulate treatment costs expires on August 31.
