After over 3 decades of service, Param Bir 'distrusts' Mumbai police force

Param Bir Singh took pains to lead the Mumbai police at the fag end of his career. However, now he has expressed distrust in the same force, which he served for more than three decades, after he realized that subject to the approval of the Supreme Court, he can be arrested any moment in an extortion case. In fact, even the SC was surprised when Singh submitted that he has no faith in Maharashtra police and the cases registered against him be transferred to any other state.
