Bulli Bai app: Chargesheet by mid-Feb

Second-year BTech student, Niraj Bishnoi (21) -- the creator of the ‘Bulli Bai’ app, which was hosted on the Github platform on January 1 for online auction of 102 objectionable photos of Muslim women -- has been sent to Arthur Road jail on Monday after 12 days of interrogation in the Mumbai cyber police custody.
