Illegal bldg: FIR against 2 IAS officers, KDMC staff

An FIR has been filed against 18 persons, including five former municipal commissioners of the Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC), 11 town planning department officers, and a builder and an architect for allegedly allowing development of a 23-stored building in violation of rules.
