Sameer Wankhede files quashing petition in HC

​His petition is scheduled for hearing before the HC on Tuesday. His contention is that there is no case made out against him of any of the cognizable non-bailable offences and he is likely to seek interim orders for protection against any coercive steps or arrest.​
