Lockdown-like curbs likely to be extended in Maharashtra

Following a surge in Covid cases, the state government is likely to extend lockdown-like restrictions at least by 15 days, from May 1 to 15. A final decision is expected to be taken at the cabinet meeting on Wednesday.
