Param Bir moves HC over state probe against him

In a fresh petition before Bombay high court, former Mumbai police chief Param Bir Singh has challenged two orders passed by the state on April 1 and April 20 directing a preliminary inquiry by DGP Sanjay Pandey and an inquiry into allegations made by a police inspector against him.
