Absence of injuries is no reason to reject testimony: Man gets 7-year rigorous imprisonment in Pocso case

Maintaining that the absence of external injuries during medical examination cannot be grounds to reject the testimony of a sexual assault victim, a special Pocso court has convicted and sentenced a 27-year-old man to 7 years' rigorous imprisonment for kidnapping and sexually assaulting his friend's 13-year-old sister through a night in 2017.
