Put up PM Narendra Modi's degree at entrance to new Parliament in Delhi: MP Sanjay Raut

Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut on Monday sarcastically said that PM Modi's 'entire political science' degree should be put up at the grand entrance to the new Parliament building so that the whole country "could see his historic and revolutionary degree."
