Now corporates splurge on Miyawaki urban forests no longer civic preserve

Since a year ago, corporates have been approaching the BMC to carry out Miyawaki forest plantations by using CSR funds. The Miyawaki urban forest concept was introduced in January 2021 and for nearly a year it was only the BMC that was developing these forests. The concept has since caught on.
