CRZ dilution lets celebrities in Mumbai expand seaside homes

The 2019 dilution of the once-stringent Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ), which restricted building activity near the coast, has benefited some of Mumbai’s prominent personalities staying in prime properties near the sea.
