Raut’s conduct does not befit leader & MP: HC

The HC said the conduct of Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut “certainly does not befit a leader… who is also a Parliamentarian.” The bench said Raut “without being bothered that the rule of law should prevail, was determined to teach a lesson to the petitioner (Kangana Ranaut).” The HC said Raut has “not denied or disputed the contents of a video clip containing his interview” in which he used an expletive ‘h….r’ to describe Ranaut and “unabashedly retorted ‘Kya hota hain kanoon’?”
