Don't disclose identities of rape survivors: HC

The Aurangabad bench of the Bombay high court issued additional guidelines to restrain print and electronic media as well as “people using social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, internet, Twitter etc’’ from publishing information that could “directly or indirectly" disclose identity of a rape or child sexual assault survivor.
