Maha turnout dips, but more seek Covaxin jab

Vaccination centres in the city saw a weekend rush of sorts as the turnout on Friday improved dramatically despite Co-WIN’s patchy performance through the day. From the 58% turnout on Thursday, a dozen centres managed to push the coverage to 72% on Friday. Even JJ Hospital in Byculla that has been consistently seeing a poor response with Covaxin saw the numbers surge.
