Nagpada bldg collapse: Owner’s bail plea rejected

Rejecting the bail plea of the 36-year-old owner of a dilapidated building, a portion of which collapsed and fell on a house at Nagpada in August killing two, a sessions court recently said that there is every possibility of him tampering with the prosecution evidence and pressurizing witnesses if released.
