Mumbai: Client's plea to allow arrested lawyer represent him rejected

Observing that once any person is arrested and remanded to judicial custody there is complete legal restraint on his professional activities, a special PMLA court rejected a plea by a man who wanted advocate Satish Uke, arrested in a money laundering case, to continue to represent him in a petition he had filed in the Bombay high court.
