Mumbai: Marine Drive buildings complain of vibrations

Marine Drive residents have been witnessing vibrations they call "tremors akin to an earthquake". In a letter to BMC chief IS Chahal, a group of residents have written they have never experienced the phenomenon. They attribute it to the removal of tetrapods for Coastal Road work.
