Mumbai: Film producer duped of Rs 3cr

The police arrested underworld gangster Chhota Shakeel's brother-in-law Arif Abubakar alias Arif Bhaijaan who, with two estate consultants, duped a film producer of Rs 3.20 crore, by offering a plot of land for a film studio. The estate consultants were identified as Salim Kasam Valla and Inteqam Alam Qureshi.
