Thane: Man duped of Rs 97k by 5 in fake loan scam

A 38-year-old man from Mumbra was duped of Rs 97,000 by five persons who offered him a loan with zero per cent interest. The police said that in 2019, he had taken a loan from a financial company and had repaid it with the prescribed interest.
