4 who hired taxis, rickshaws to rob drivers arrested

Four men have been arrested for allegedly looting autorickshaw and taxi drivers of their personal belongings at knifepoint after taking them to isolated places. The police have seized an autorickshaw and Rs 60,000 and a cellphone from them.
