Autistic girl swims Mumbai to Goa in 11 days

Indian Navy sailor's 14-year-old daughter suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder, created a record after she along with five others (part of a relay team) swam 1,100km from Mumbai to Goa in a record 11 days' time. Jiya Rai from Colaba participated in the World's Longest Open Water Sea Swimming Relay from Mumbai to Goa and back to Vasai Fort, completing a distance of 1,100km on December 29 after the event commenced on December 17.
