HC allows Hany Babu treatment at pvt hospital

The Bombay High Court on Friday permitted Professor Hany Babu Tharayil, an accused in the Elgar Parishad-Maoist link case, to take treatment at his own expense in the private Saifee Hospital in Mumbai for cataract, knee and other health issues from Tuesday.
