HC asks NMMC, Cidco about nod to construct in CRZ

The Bombay high court has directed the City and Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco), the Urban Development department, NMMC and a private construction company to file their replies as affidavits on the prayer of environmentalist Sunil Agarwal who is questioning how commencement certificate can be given to the private company at the Seawoods golf course site in Nerul sector 60, which is within CRZ (coastal regulation zone).
