Man cuts cake with pictures of Chhota Rajan, held

A day after six people were booked for putting up gangster Chhota Rajan's hoarding at a kabaddi match in Malad (E), the Tilak Nagar police, in a separate case on Sunday, arrested a 47-year-old man for allegedly celebrating Rajan's birthday by cutting a cake.
