Bombay HC quashes two FIRs against Cong man

Holding that the Pune police slapped serious penal sections against Congress worker Sanjay Kudale on "flimsy grounds" with no application of mind, the Bombay high court on Monday quashed two FIRs against him that accused him of disturbing public peace and promoting disharmony.
