Maha 'warning': Brace for stormy budget session

The budget session of the state legislature starting Monday is expected to be a stormy one both inside and outside the Houses as it is taking place days after the Election Commission awarded the Shiv Sena name and bow-and-arrow symbol to the faction led by chief minister Eknath Shinde.
