HC accepts Malik sick, to hear bail submissions

The Bombay high court on Friday, after being taken through NCP leader Nawab Malik's medical conditions, accepted that he was sick or infirm and asked his senior counsel Amit Desai to begin submissions on merits of the case on Tuesday in the bail plea.
