No chargesheet on Eknath Khadse & kin in MIDC case

In a relief to Eknath Khadse, 72, Nationalist Congress Party leader and former state revenue minister, his wife Mandakini Khadse, 62 and their son-in-law Girish Chaudhary, 50, all accused in a 2017 alleged case of corruption, Bombay high court on Thursday restrained Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) from filing a chargesheet in the matter till further orders. Chaudhary is currently in judicial custody at Arthur Road jail.
