Even as the BMC sits on applications for permission for the Dussehra rally at Shivaji Park from both Shiv Sena's Uddhav Thackeray and the party's Shinde faction, CM Eknath Shinde said late on Tuesday all his MLAs were keen on Shivaji Park and it is expected a positive decision will be taken according to rules.
