Revamp of Gateway of India soon

The BMC has floated a tender for redesigning of amenities and visitor facilities around the Grade 1 heritage monument, Gateway of India, which overlooks the Arabian Sea. Gateway of India, built during the British era is one of the city's most popular tourist attractions, which sees high footfalls, particularly on weekends and public holidays.
