Pocso bail: Court says youth 'in love deserves a future'

Taking into account that in Pocso cases where the boy is in his early 20s and in a "love" relationship with a minor, he deserves to stabilise and secure his future, a special court has granted bail to a city student who was accused of kidnap and rape after he eloped with his 16-year-old "girlfriend".
