State-Centre row to hit Mumbai rly plans

The political slugfest between the Centre and the state threatens to derail Mumbai's railway projects. The Maharashtra government owes Rs 1,000 crore to the Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation (MRVC). Both state and central governments are trading charges against each other.
