12 yrs on, 97-year-old gets keys to redeveloped flat

Twelve years after the Lower Parel chawl where she resided was demolished, a 97-year-old woman was handed over keys to her 300-sq-ft flat in a redeveloped high-rise by the Bombay HC, reports Rosy Sequeira.
