Mum: Lookout note issued for suspended IPS officer

The city crime branch probing the angadias' extortion case involving policemen, on Friday got a lookout circular issued against suspended IPS officer Saurabh Tripathi. An LOC is issued to ensure that an individual who is absconding or wanted by law enforcement agencies is not able to leave the country. At the immigration counter, the individual's name crops up if there is a LoC issued. LOC is issued if there is an apprehension that he may not join the investigations.
