Mum: City co-op bank ex-CEO held for Rs 97cr loan fraud

The banking unit of the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) have arrested a former chief executive officer (CEO) of city cooperative bank for allegedly causing a loss of Rs 96.5 crore to the bank by fraudulently sanctioning loans/cash credits to various persons/companies who were ineligible.
