Mumbai: Builder booked for construction noise past 10pm

Developer Chaitanya Mehta, site supervisor Faizal Shaikh, and crane operator Devraj Sahu have been booked by the Santacruz police for allegedly continuing construction work at Santacruz (west) past 10pm, resulting in noise pollution.
