2 Mum masjids face FIR for breaching noise guidelines

The first FIR for breach of noise guidelines has named as accused Anwar Mohammed Shabir Shah (28) from Noorani Masjid in Bandra (West), and the second has named Mohammed Shoaib Satar Shaikh (30) and Arif Mohammed Siddiqui (30), both from the Muslim Kabrastan Masjid in Santacruz (West).
