The Bombay high court on Wednesday stayed the investigation in a first information report (FIR) against Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) Maharashtra president Preeti Sharma Menon and a functionary under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
