Nusli Wadia case: All-clear due to dusty cassette that couldn't be played, lack of witnesses

The special CBI court which cleared the two surviving accused in the alleged plot to eliminate Bombay Dyeing chairman Nusli Wadia in 1988-89 over alleged corporate rivalry has cited, among others, the formation of dust over a cassette with phone conversation recordings that could not be played in court as reason for the ruling.
